We work with your utility to ensure that your billing is straightforward and easy to understand. If you have any questions about your bill, please do not hesitate to contact us.
  • Q: Do I have to contact my utility to switch to Electra Sparks?
    A: No, Electra Sparks LLC will handle the entire process of switching your energy supplier on your behalf. We will contact your current utility and take care of all the necessary paperwork to ensure a seamless transition to our services. All you need to do is sign up with us and we'll take care of the rest.
  • Q: Why do I still get billed by my utility?
    A: ElectraSparks LLC is a supplier of electricity and/or gas, which means we provide the electricity and/or gas that is delivered to your home or business. While we provide the energy, your utility company is still responsible for delivering it to your property and maintaining the infrastructure necessary to do so. As a result, your utility company will still bill you for the delivery and maintenance of the electricity infrastructure. However, you will see the charges from ElectraSparks LLC on your utility bill as well, as we provide the energy portion of your bill.
  • Q: How do I pay for my Electra Sparks supply?
    A: You pay your bill through your utility, just as you always have. ElectraSparks LLC. supplies the energy, but the billing and payment process remains the same through your local utility company. You will continue to receive a bill from your utility company for the energy supplied by ElectraSparks LLC. and you can pay your bill through their usual payment methods.
  • Q: Will I temporarily lose gas supply if I switch to Electra Sparks as my supplier?
    A: No, you will not. ElectraSparks LLC will work with your local gas utility company to ensure a seamless transition. Your gas supply will not be interrupted during the switch. You will continue to receive the same reliable gas service and quality that you have come to expect. ElectraSparks LLC will simply become your new supplier, providing you with competitive rates and excellent customer service.
  • Q: What happens when my contract with Electra Sparks ends?
    A: When your contract ends, your plan will auto-renew with the same rate and term. This means that you will continue to receive our services without any interruption, and you will be charged the same amount as before. However, if you wish to modify your plan or terminate our services, please contact us before the end of your contract term to avoid any automatic renewals.
